Nourishing through healthful educational programs


Topics to be covered:

  • International woman’s day gardening celebration: Sensorial, medicinal, culinary  experience of many herbs.

  • Create a herb garden to grow your own.

  • Learn how to preserve the value of the herbs: dried, fresh, in oil, butter, tea, vinegar, salt.

  • Take homes to celebrate beloved women in our lives.
