Who is it for?

 

Suitable for all ages.

This can be run as an adults only to really have the indepth learning of the concepts so as to be able to replicate easily ‘at home’. 

Family style is very popular with all ages as creating with food is so much fun for all.

 

Size of group is only work space dependent.

You can make your own group or let us know that you would like to join a WWW hosted one. 

 

We will learn and make sourdough

The concepts of fermentation to create ‘sourdough’.

Attributes of many grains, acids, alakalines

Creating of sourdough batter that can be used to make breads, pancakes, chiappas

Kneading dough with many embellishments harvested from garden

How to bake

 

How to make butter 

How to make cream cheese from yogurt

 

This is a 2-hour workshop (children can play when their attention has waned.) 

Anything will be adapted to the group's needs (Disabilities, sensitivities)
