Improvisational Storytelling Workshop
A joyous, inspiring and affirming workshop. You will learn how to observe individuals and community in any situation and make creative appropriate responses that form a story. Having this storytelling capacity as ‘a tool’ that is based on intuition, imagination and inspiration that can be evoked ‘as necessary’ and is not dependent on hours of rehearsing and preparation is a ‘super power’ in one on one and group situations. These stories are ‘mood changers’, ‘room changers', ‘healing’ and can be ‘one off’ or form a basis to be built on in your relationships as a parent, friend, teacher, counsellor, grandparent.

Sandra’s experience:
I have been trained in storytelling by master storytellers.
I have been a long time storyteller to small and large groups.
I have performed stories I have written on community radio stations and for a Story Tellers circle in Byron Bay whose purpose was to support storytellers and to host and perform in community storytelling sessions which I helped establish.
I have studied drama therapy and been an active member of a professional Dramatherapy art therapist organisation.
As a Steiner educator I use stories in my teaching methods daily.
I have had stories published in a popular author’s therapeutic stories book (Susan Perrow’s Healing Stories for Challenging Behaviours)
I have taught this subject in Australia, Vietnam, China and Fiji to teachers, student teachers, and parents.
